Happy 2026!

Welcome to 2026.



I hope you had a fabulous festive season and feel as ready as I do to face the challenges that 2026 is going to throw at us!

I have some exciting new equipment that I have been working with over Christmas and am looking forward to implementing into my practice.

Some of you may have had some experience with the Move Health App that I have begun using and I am very keen to increase the amount of people subscribed to this. It is an amazing tool to help with exercise and education, and I have received some encouraging feedback from it.

Finally, I am looking forward to continuing with my Pilates. The fundamental core strength that Pilates promotes is needed to make you safe in functional life and maintain the best quality of life. While I am the first to say that Pilates is not the be all and end all with regards to exercise, it is my belief that it is the best foundation you can have for whatever exercise you wish to take part in. So, if you do not already take part, try it and see. You may surprise yourself and love it, just like I do.
